NRAS Scheme is part of an Australian Government initiative to make rental properties more affordable by encouraging large scale investment in rental housing for low-moderate income families and individuals.
The scheme provides substantial financial incentives of a minimum of $8,672 per dwelling annually to investors who rent approved dwelling at 20% or more below current market rates to low and moderate income households.
